Dear customers, friends, and fans! Today we are excited to announce yet another expansion for ERA-IX Amsterdam. In earlier posts we announced that we had plans to expand into more unique and less dense locations to differentiate ourselves from the overcrowded IX market. Today we have signed with Digital Realty for our new expansion into the new AI-ready AMS11 datacenter, part of the Schiphol-Campus. ERA-IX is the first internet exchange available locally in AMS11, while others serve AMS11 from either AMS5 8 or 10.

This new facility will be redundantly connected to our backbone allowing us to provide our high quality peering services. These services include ERA-IX Amsterdam and remote peering towards ERA-IX Frankfurt, ERA-IX Paris, ERA-IX Vienna. From our PoP in AMS11 we can serve new members in AMS3/5/8/10. Check the Schiphol Campus here.
