Today is another remarkable day for us, as we are proud to announce the next step for ERA-IX: expanding our footprint into Paris, France. This is yet another peering market with a lot of unutilized potential with our peering concept. So what is our concept again? Local peering LANs, cost-effective pricing, state-of-the-art platform, and premium Dutch service. We launch in the upcoming weeks in Telehouse - Paris 2 (Voltaire - Léon Frot) and have more facilities planned later. As is the same for our other metros, Paris will also be part of the Eranium Fabric, so we can offer L2 transport and remote peering as an additional service.

As we did with the Frankfurt launch, I would like to re-promise our current members and potential future members something that the big ones can't or won't:

• Our pricing model will always be honest.
• We will not be profit-first or investor-driven.
• We will be and remain fully neutral.
• We will not outsource support, not even first-line; stay in touch with competent NOC engineers.
• There will be no sales team pushing for their commission.
• We will commit to maintaining our small environmental footprint (±5 kW as of today).
• We will keep connecting new members.
